Questions,answered.
The things companies ask us most before starting a venture. Can't find what you're looking for? We're one message away.
Working together
What kind of companies do you work with?
We work with established companies launching new ventures, corporate innovation teams, and funded scale-ups building their next product. If you have a mandate and a real problem to solve, we should talk.
Do you work like an agency or a co-founder?
Like a co-founder. We embed a senior team, take ownership of the outcome, and care about whether the venture succeeds — not just whether we shipped a deliverable. When the work is done, your team owns everything we built.
Who actually does the work?
The senior people you meet in the first conversation. We don't sell with principals and deliver with a junior bench. Every engagement is staffed with experienced strategists, designers and engineers.
Process & timeline
How long does it take to launch a venture?
It depends on scope, but our average from idea to a working MVP is around eleven weeks. A focused validation sprint can be as short as two to four weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the first conversation.
What does a typical engagement look like?
We follow a five-step path: Discover, Shape, Build, Launch and Hand over. Each step ends with something tangible — a validated business case, a working product, a live launch — so you always know where things stand.
What happens when the engagement ends?
We hand the venture to your team with clean, documented code, a clear operating model, and a transition plan. The goal from day one is for what we build to stand on its own without us.
Engagement & pricing
How do you price your work?
Most engagements are scoped as a fixed-term partnership rather than hourly billing, so incentives stay aligned with outcomes. We'll propose a structure that fits the engagement model you choose after we understand the work.
Do you take equity?
In some cases, yes. For certain ventures we'll consider a blended model that includes equity or success-based components. We're happy to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The first call is a genuine conversation with no obligation. You'll leave with honest direction and a recommended next step, whether or not you decide to work with us.
